I purchased a 2007 Mazda3 s touring hatchback from this dealership after a lot of careful research and comparison of dealerships and vehicles. I’ve had the vehicle a little over a month now and could not be happier. Roy was such a kind and helpful sales rep and Milo from financing was super straight forward and helpful. This was my first time buying from a dealership so I brought my mother to assist and she said that was the best finance and sales team she’s ever encountered at a dealership. They were genuine, honest and so helpful and friendly. Couldn’t recommend them more.

5 stars for Mike. He is an HONEST car salesman. We wanted to look at this truck, and let him know we were driving about 1.5 hours to come out. He said he’d have it ready for us. A few minutes later, he called and let us know that the A/C wasn’t working properly and the head deck needed a password. The fact he called us back and made sure we were aware of the issues before heading out spoke volumes. I was wondering why we were wasting our time driving to Bothell, but the trip was worth it. Mike was super personable and helpful, as well as just a general stand up guy.

My dad had been looking for a Sequoia for a while. He wanted a certain spec, as a sentimental value. We all went to the dealer, and Mike was already cooking up some magic. My wife and I were window shopping with my brother and dad were going through the test drive and paperwork with Mike. Saw some pretty unique cars you don’t usually see at much dealership these days. Mike was awesome to work with. I took my son there for his dream car and Mike earned our trust quickly! He was genuine, caring and honest. We were there 2 different days and saw some of the activity on the lot and a couple of the other transactions and we strongly feel we definitely got the best of the best with Mike hands down. There was never a moment we didn’t feel good about our experience with him. We highly recommend requesting Mike and this dealership in general was great to work with.
Great experience at the dealership Everyone was super friendly an made things super easy. They answered any questions I had like going into detail about the extended warranty 10/10 had a great time working with him. They even went out of there way to help me with my warranty. I will definitely come back in the future for my next vehicle.
